What is the difference between the Online, Silent and Live auctions?
The Online Auction is open to the public before the Gala, from February 26th at 10 AM to March 5th at 10 PM at Online Auction. Items are bid solely online and will be won at the end of the bidding period. To learn how to bid, see the question in this FAQs page about bidding during the Online Auction.
The Silent Auction takes place at the Loews Coronado Hotel on March 8th during the cocktail hour from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. It is available only for guests. It features class art projects from our students, teacher experiences, gift baskets, and exclusive products procured by families and businesses.
The Live Auction takes place at the Loews Coronado Hotel on March 8th during the seated dinner in the Commodore Ballroom from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Our auctioneer will auction off amazing travel packages, unique experiences, and one-of-a-kind dinner parties.
What time does the Gala event start?
Our festivities will start at 5:30 PM in the foyer of the Commodore Ballroom at the Loews Coronado Hotel with a cocktail hour (open bar) and Silent Auction.

What is a Giving Board?
This year, we are asking you to support our teacher's "wish lists" to help provide them with much-needed new equipment during the Online Auction. Please consider bidding on Giving Board items such as new material for the STEAM program for example. Your contributions will be fully tax-deductible.
